This adaptable fan is expertly engineered for seamless integration with 0.5~35t/h industrial boilers, complete with economizers (preheaters) and vital smoke and dust removal systems. Tailored for optimal compatibility with similar air intake scenarios, the fan excels up to a maximum air intake temperature of 250ºC. To preserve the fan's durability, an advanced dust removal system with an efficiency of no less than 85% must be placed prior to the induced draft fan, significantly reducing the flue gas dust content. This strategic approach ensures the fan's longevity by mitigating wear from smoke and dust.

Dust collectors and economizers introduce differing resistance levels, resulting in diverse air volume and pressure prerequisites for the induced draft fan. Our solution to these multifaceted challenges is economically astute and highly adaptable, featuring two fan series from the 9-38 series, designed for user-specific customization. Remarkably, these series maintain consistent connection and installation dimensions when utilizing the same machine number, ensuring seamless integration.

1. With meticulous attention to detail, the fan is designed with a single suction mechanism and is available in precise machine numbers: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16.

2. This fan boasts versatility, offering dual operational modes: clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Observed from the transmission side, a clockwise impeller rotation indicates a right-handed fan, represented by 'right,' whereas a counterclockwise motion signifies a left-handed fan, indicated by 'left.'

3. Ingenious design allows the fan's outlet position to be expressed through the casing's outlet angle. Both right-handed and left-handed models can be customized to six distinct angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. Should alternative machine numbers or angles be desired, our manufacturing expertise enables the creation of bespoke 'order dishes' to meet your precise satisfaction.
