This adaptable fan is specifically crafted for 0.5~35t/h industrial boilers, equipped with economizers (preheaters) and critical smoke and dust removal devices. It is designed to work seamlessly under similar air intake conditions, ensuring optimal effectiveness at a maximum air intake temperature of up to 250ºC. To protect this fan's integrity, a highly efficient dust removal device, boasting at least 85% efficiency, must be implemented before the induced draft fan. This significantly reduces the dust content in the flue gas, thereby extending the fan's lifespan by minimizing damage from smoke and dust.

In today's industry, industrial boilers vary widely, with significant differences in coal quality. The resistance posed by dust collectors and economizers creates diverse air volume and pressure needs for the induced draft fan. To address these challenges with cost-effective and adaptable solutions, we present two fan series within the 9-38 series, offering users a bespoke selection. Importantly, the connection and installation dimensions are harmonious across both series with the same machine number, ensuring seamless integration.

1. The fan is meticulously engineered with a single suction mechanism, offering machine numbers in a range of 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16, perfectly catering to diverse industrial needs.

2. This fan exhibits remarkable versatility, providing two operational forms: clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Observed from the transmission side, a clockwise impeller rotation identifies a right-handed fan, indicated as 'right,' while counterclockwise rotation denotes a left-handed fan, labeled as 'left.'

3. The fan's outlet position is ingeniously indicated by the casing's outlet angle. Both right-handed and left-handed models can be customized to six unique angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.
