The core structural features of this device are distinctive. It adopts a ring design, in which the impeller rotates at a high speed within the ring-shaped cavity, and achieves high-pressure output by means of centrifugal force and multiple gas compressions. It is equipped with single-stage and double-stage impellers. The single-stage impeller is commonly used in medium-pressure scenarios and has a compact structure. The double-stage impeller features a series-connected impeller design, which can significantly increase the outlet pressure to achieve a higher vacuum or blowing force. It operates at a high speed, driven by a directly connected 2-pole/4-pole motor, with a rotational speed of 2,800-3,000 RPM. Although it generates relatively high noise, it has high efficiency. Most of them adopt an oil-free design and use non-contact seals, making them suitable for clean gas environments.
The dual-impeller explosion-proof pump features dual-stage impellers (50%-100% pressure boost, up to 30-50kPa) for long-distance/high-resistance applications. Ex d IIC T4 motor eliminates spark risks with overload-resistant redundancy. Synchronized impellers stabilize pressure in dust/oil-gas mixtures, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions.
