Expertly engineered, this versatile fan serves 0.5~35t/h industrial boilers equipped with economizers (preheaters) and integral smoke and dust removal devices. It is crafted for optimal performance with similar air intake conditions, supporting a maximum air intake temperature of 250ºC. To ensure fan longevity and minimize wear from smoke and dust, a high-efficiency dust removal device, achieving at least 85% efficiency, should precede the induced draft fan. This efficiency significantly reduces dust content in the flue gas, safeguarding the fan's integrity.

In today's diverse industrial boiler landscape, there exists considerable variation in coal quality, along with differing resistance levels from dust collectors and economizers. This results in varied air volume and pressure demands for the induced draft fan. To effectively address these challenges, we present two fan series from the 9-38 series, offering a tailored selection for users. Importantly, both series maintain consistent connection and installation dimensions when sharing the same machine number, ensuring seamless integration and adaptability.

1. The fan features a meticulously designed single suction mechanism, available in machine numbers 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16, ensuring a perfect fit for various applications.

2. Versatility defines this fan, offering both clockwise and counterclockwise operational forms. From the transmission side, a clockwise impeller rotation signifies a right-handed fan, labeled as 'right,' while a counterclockwise motion indicates a left-handed fan, denoted as 'left,' catering to diverse operational preferences.

3. Ingeniously represented by the casing's outlet angle, the fan's outlet position can be customized in both right-handed and left-handed configurations to six distinct angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°.
