This multi-functional fan is expertly designed for 0.5~35t/h industrial boilers, equipped with economizers (preheaters) and vital smoke and dust removal devices. Tailored for compatibility with similar air intake conditions and peak performance, it supports a maximum air intake temperature of up to 250ºC. To ensure the fan's durability, a dust removal device with at least 85% efficiency must precede the induced draft fan, significantly reducing the dust content within the flue gas. This careful consideration extends the fan's lifespan by minimizing wear from smoke and dust.

The resistance from dust collectors and economizers varies, leading to diverse air volume and pressure requirements for the induced draft fan. Importantly, the connection and installation dimensions remain consistent across both series when sharing the same machine number, ensuring convenience and compatibility.

1. The fan is designed with precision, featuring a single suction mechanism with machine numbers available in 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16, catering to a wide range of needs.

2. This fan offers versatility with two operational forms: clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Viewed from the transmission side, a clockwise impeller rotation marks it as a right-handed fan, represented as 'right,' while a counterclockwise motion identifies it as a left-handed fan, denoted as 'left.' This flexibility caters to diverse application requirements.

3. The fan's outlet position is ingeniously customizable with the casing's outlet angle. Both right-handed and left-handed configurations can be tailored to six distinct angles: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. For other machine numbers or angles, our advanced manufacturing capabilities allow us to create bespoke 'order dishes,' perfectly tailored to your satisfaction and specific requirements.
